Ada 12 mahasiswa angkatan 2017 yang menerima beasiswa Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang terdiri dari 9 mahasiswa Prodi MA dan 3 mahasiswa prodi MI. Pada tahun ini, 12 mahasiswa tersebut telah menyelesaikan studi selama 6 semester. Selama masa studi, biaya studi mereka ditanggung oleh Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung sampai selesai. Pada acara tersebut dihadiri oleh Direktur AMB, PD II, PD III, orang tua mahasiswa dan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa.
Direktur AMB, Bpk.Hartian Ramadhan, ST.,M.Si menyampaikan terimakasih kepada orangtua/wali mahasiswa yang ikut menjaga mahasiswa untuk berprestasi dan menyelesaikan study tepat waktu sesuai dengan kontrak perjanjian beasiswa. Pada kegiatan tersebut, PD II juga menyampaikan bahwa beasiswa Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung telah berakhir untuk mahasiswa angkatan 2017, artinya tanggung jawab pembiayaan dari Dinas sudah berakhir. Semoga, 12 mahasiswa ini menjadi anggota masyarakat yang sukses dengan bekal ilmu yang diperoleh selama di AMB.
